Delivery & Pickup Terms

### 1. Delivery & Pickup Fees

* *Within 25 miles:* Standard delivery and scheduled pickup are included in the rental price.
* *Over 25 miles:* A $50 delivery and pickup transportation fee applies.
* *Extended Distance:* Locations beyond the standard service area may require an additional transportation quote.
* Mileage is calculated from Heavy Hittaz Party Rentals’ designated dispatch location.

### 2. Same-Day Late-Night Pickup Fee

* *Same-day pickup after 10:00 PM:* An additional $50 fee applies.
* This fee is separate from any applicable delivery and transportation charges.
* Late-night pickup must be requested and scheduled in advance.
* All same-day late-night pickups are subject to availability.

### 3. Delivery & Setup

* Delivery includes transportation, standard machine setup, and basic operating instructions.
* Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and a contact person.
* A responsible adult must be present to receive the equipment.
* Customers must provide a stable surface and access to a suitable electrical outlet.
* Delivery times will be confirmed before the event.

### 4. Pickup Requirements

* Standard pickup will occur at the agreed-upon date and time.
* Customers must ensure the equipment is accessible and ready for collection.
* The machine must be emptied of remaining beverages unless otherwise instructed.
* Equipment must remain secure until collected by Heavy Hittaz Party Rentals.

### 5. Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply for:

* Unsuccessful delivery or pickup attempts: $50 minimum.
* Customer-requested relocation after setup: $35 minimum.
* Excessive cleaning: $50 minimum.
* Damaged or missing equipment: Applicable repair or replacement costs.

### 6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

* Delivery and late-night pickup fees must be paid before the event.
* Changes to the event address may result in additional transportation charges.
* Same-day pickup requests are subject to availability.
* Transportation fees are nonrefundable once delivery has been dispatched.

### 7. Customer Agreement

By reserving a margarita machine, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all delivery, setup, pickup, and applicable additional fees outlined in this policy.
